Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy

Our fabulous massage therapy and lymphatic drainage team has been happy to serve our community, and have been very busy with bookings in the last few months.

 

Of course, our RMT's want to maintain a full schedule, and serve as many people as possible. It is very challenging to refill their appointment times when last minute cancellations occur.

 

In order to better support our amazing therapists, we have created this cancellation policy:

 

• Cancellation of massages between 48-24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 75% charge of the regular appointment fee.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 100% charge of the regular appointment fee.

• Cancellation fees will be waived if you can find someone to take your appointed time

 

If you've opted into our text message reminders, you'll receive an appointment reminder approximately 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to help you avoid any potential fees.
