OUR PROCESS

When you come in for an assessment, there are a number of steps we'll go through with you:

1. Consultation - Sit down with one of our doctors and discuss your symptoms (if any), your health goals, and the stresses your body has been through.

2. Posture Assessment - We use a digital posture screening tool to determine if and where your body is holding stress or moving away from optimal posture. 

3. Movement Assessment & Special Testing- You will be guided through a series of simple movements to test your body's range of motion, along with relevant orthopaedic neurological examinations.

4. Chiropractic Spinal Assessment - Our doctors will evaluate your spine to determine if and where you may have misalignments.

5. X Ray Imaging - We are able to provide x ray imaging on-site, if it's determined that you will require it. 

6. Report of Findings - Once all the information has been reviewed, our doctors will sit down with you to discuss the results from all of your tests. At that point, you'll work together to build a plan and start working toward achieving your health goals!
