Your First Massage Visit

We are so excited to have you coming for your first massage at Nostos! There are a few things we would like you to know before you arrive, to make your visit run as smoothly as possible.

• Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. Before you meet with the therapist we will have health history forms for you to fill-out. Should you arrive late, it may cut into the time allotted for your appointment.

• All practice members under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present for their appointment.

• Please remove your outdoor footwear at the front door of the clinic. Remember to bring a change of socks or slippers if you're not comfortable being barefoot.

• It's best to wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change out of.

• Our therapist will spend time during your appointment to review your concerns and build a treatment plan specifically for you. This may include a combination of different massage modalities. If you are uncomfortable with any therapy style, please inform our therapist.

• We ask that you bring all of your belongings into the treatment room with you. This keeps our shared spaces clear for other practice members.
  
   

• Please be advised that we do not offer direct billing at the clinic. All practice members will receive a receipt after their visit to submit on their own behalf to their insurance plan.

We understand that you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We ask for 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours notice is subject to a 60% fee of the regular treatment price.
